Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by Attiki Excursions. A booking is not considered finalized until you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
Requests for bookings can be made online, via email, or by phone.
Booking and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed with either a deposit of 50% of the total price or full payment at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance, if applicable, is due before the service commences.
Punctuality
Customers must be ready and present at the scheduled time and location as agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the service being forfeited without a refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
Additional Charges
Any extra hours beyond the initially booked time will incur additional charges.
Any additional persons beyond the agreed number will also incur extra charges.
Service Conditions
Attiki Excursions reserves the right to alter or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative service or a full refund.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the service. Attiki Excursions is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
Conduct
Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and courteous to the driver and the vehicle. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
Liability
Attiki Excursions is not responsible for any delays, accidents, or incidents that occur beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
